A new task summary of the rooms that need attention
You can now receive task summaries of the tasks you have on Valpas. Valpas will send a list of the rooms needing attention, most urgent first. You can edit the frequency of this email in your settings.
Instead of an email for every task, you can now receive a single task summary from Valpas that lists the rooms needing attention, most urgent first. Each room shows its top task and links straight to that room in the app, switching hotels for you if needed. If you look after several hotels, they're combined into one email.
The summary arrives every Monday at 09:00 hotel time by default. You can change this under Profile → Notification settings → Email notifications. Choose every day, weekdays or once a week, and pick the time that suits you best. You can also switch the summary off there.
