Pick up an unfinished guest concern
A guest concern that gets interrupted no longer starts from scratch. The app keeps what your staff entered, photos included, and lets them pick the concern back up from the Guests tab.

The concern your staff started stays on the Guests tab as a draft card, showing the room, what raised the concern, and how many photos are attached. Continue takes them back to the exact step they left off on, not to the beginning of the flow.
The draft lives on the device, so it survives closing the app. One concern can be in progress at a time: starting a concern for a different room asks your staff to confirm before the unfinished one is discarded.
